General Policy

All Bookings / Orders

All bookings and orders must be confirmed with payment or deposit.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Once an order has been paid for or processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

Hair can only be exchanged if returned within 48 hours in the exact condition it was received.

Condition of Hair

Hair must not be worn, washed, brushed out, perfumed, stained with makeup, or altered in any way.

Lace Policy

Lace must not be cut, tinted, installed, glued, bleached, or plucked by the client.

Inspection

All returned hair will be inspected before any exchange is approved.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. If approved, delivery fees are non-refundable.

Damage Disclaimer

We do not accept responsibility for hair damaged after collection, delivery, or installation by another stylist.

Order Confirmation

Please confirm all order details before payment — texture, length, colour, style, and service requested.

Payment & Installment Policy

Full Payment

Full payment confirms your order or appointment.

Installment Duration

Installment payments must be completed within 2–3 weeks.

Payment Plan

Payment plans are allowed in a maximum of 2 installments.

Proof of Payment

Proof of payment must be sent immediately after every transfer.

Payment Confirmation

Your payment is only confirmed when acknowledged by Eliora Hair.

Payment Delay

If payment is delayed and the product becomes unavailable, your payment may be converted to store credit.

Price Changes

If there is a price change before your payment is completed, the new balance must be paid before delivery or service.

Non-Refundable Payments

Installment payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Double Payment

If you mistakenly make a double payment, notify us immediately. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery Policy

Orders will only be delivered or released after full payment has been completed.
